I remember I used Biore pore strips for the first time when I was a young girl. I used to use them with my mom and I found it so cool that I could clean out my pores with that little strip of nose shaped paper. Well, somehow I forgot about how effective those little strips were at unclogging my pores because it has literally been years since I used Biore nose strips. Well the hiatus is over and their place is solidified in my beauty routine forever because the Biore Deep Cleansing Charcoal Pore strips went to WORK on my
I decided to grab the pore strips after a nice lunch time stroll through Walmart. Their prices have really been beating Target lately so I find myself there more often. At first I was going to just buy the regular Biore nose strips because I have been noticing enlarged pores all around my nose and more black heads. Then I saw the charcoal version of the strips, so I just had to give them a try. I know charcoal has purifying benefits. That is why it is used in water filters and other purifying process or products. So it made total sense that Biore would include charcoal in such a tried and true product.
The Biore pore strips definitely did not have to wait long for their first go round with me. I ripped the box open that same night because I was anxious to see what the strips could do for my nose. I expected them to be able to get a few pores cleaned out, (you know nothing too major).
So to use the pore strips, you just have to remove one from the box and the individual packet it comes in. You then remove the strip from the plastic backing it comes on. Make sure your nose is wet and then apply the strip onto your nose and be sure to press it in pretty well. All you have to do after that is busy yourself for a few minutes while the strip dries (like paper maché) on your nose. When it gets hard, you know it is time for the big show.
When I began pulling the strip off, I was a bit caught off guard by the pain it was causing. That strip was on my face good! I then realized that it was hurting because the strip was literally ripping all of the gunk out of my clogged pores. When I pulled that strip off and looked at the work it had done, I was floored. My nose looked so smooth and the color was so improved. No longer was my nose speckled with darker clogged pores or full of oil. The strip showed evidence of all the hard work it had done and now I am obsessed.
I almost can’t wait until it is time to do it again.
The Biore Deep Cleansing Charcoal Pore strips are a must have for me and if you suffer with over active sebaceous glands and blackheads on your nose then they will be a must have for you too.
